  • Client will meet with our architect to discuss initial project parameters.

  • Prepare rough sketches of layouts and elevations for better understanding of project.
  • Review of zoning by-laws is completed to set into action discussions of timelines.

PHASE SIX

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT MEETING

  • Meeting is scheduled to finalize the design process – plans, elevations, and site plan.
  • Preparation of 3D rendering

CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND BUDGET MEETING

START OF CONSTRUCTION

  • First site meeting with client and site supervisor/project manager is arranged to organize timelines and site activities.
  • Site set-up including initial materials, safety equipment, disposal, hoarding, fencing, etc.
  • Discussion of overall construction schedule and the key milestones

DURING CONSTRUCTION

  • Office and site meetings to discuss key milestone and overall schedule.

PHASE TEN

  • Final cleaning and presentation
  • Final client turnover complete with all drawings, documents, payment receipts, and sign-offs.
  • Final review of warranty and inclusions
